makers or full kitchens air conditioning, heat, daily maid service, heated pool,
indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, fitness room, free ice, free
parking on premises. One guaranteed parking place per unit please,
unless otherwise requested. Contact us with your specific needs.
Movie rentals and convenience snack counter/gift shop located in
office. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie & skim boards for rent.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Personal checks accepted as deposits ONLY. In order to guarantee
reservations, a deposit is required, the amount depending upon the
length of stay. The balance is due upon arrival. The arrival and
departure dates are understood to be definite. Cancellations made
more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a $75
cancellation fee per room reserved. Any cancellations (no matter
when) of the oceanfront rooms, #14 and #30, will forfeit one night's
cost of their deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival
date, for stays between June 28 and September 1, will forfeit one
night's cost of their deposit. A processing charge of $25 will be
assessed to any cancellation.
